Balcony Safety Nets

A net that a five-year-old can lean against and a coconut can't dent — fitted so close to the railing that from your sofa, you forget it's there.

What it is

Balcony Safety Nets, explained

Balcony safety nets are UV-stabilised, high-tenacity nylon mesh, framed and hooked directly onto your railing, grille or slab edge without drilling into the structural wall in most cases. The mesh knot is tight enough to stop a ball, a pet, or a curious toddler's foot, yet fine enough that the view through it barely changes.

Child and pet safe

A 40mm to 45mm knotted mesh that stops a fall or a jump but never blocks the breeze or the view.

Rust-proof fixing

Stainless steel or galvanised hooks and edge rope, so the fitting still holds strong through monsoons.

Cut to your balcony

Every L-shape, curve and slab projection is measured on site, not estimated over the phone.

Keeps the view open

Fine mesh in a neutral shade disappears against the sky — it reads as a shadow line, not a cage.

Common questions

Balcony Safety Nets FAQ

Will the net block my balcony view?
Barely. We use a fine, dark mesh that sits close to the railing — from a normal sitting or standing distance indoors, most clients say they stop noticing it within a few days.
Does fitting the net damage my wall or railing?
In most homes we hook the net onto the existing railing or grille using stainless steel hooks, with no drilling into the wall. Where there's no railing to anchor to, we use minimal, discreet drilling into the slab edge.
How long does installation take?
A typical balcony is measured and fitted in the same visit, usually within two to three hours depending on the number of openings and access.
